Aidil Fitri & Taiping...
Tuesday, October 31, 2006
It's a festive week for Malaysians last week. Muslims around the world celebrate the 1st of Syawal (Islamic month) after a month of fasting. My Aidil Fitri was spent in my hometown, the laid-back and relaxed town of Taiping. Not that much activities were done except receiving visits from relatives, and visiting relatives :) Much of the activities were 'interrupted' because of the rain. Yes, Taiping is the place that receives the most downpour in Malaysia. It rained from midday all the way to the wee hours of the night.
But still, my camera and I still went around the town...
