Theme: Surfers & Skaters - Part Two
Tuesday, January 29, 2008
This is the second part of the same previous theme.
I was at the Quicksilver Revolution 2.0, with Jibam, Ayul and Ipin. Many thanks to Ipin for his invitation. This is the first part of some photos that I manage to take - Skateboarding! More info can be found at Sunway Lagoon's website.

More pictures of the Quicksilver's event are available at my Flickr. On a side note, I had to put watermarks on these pictures. However, if you want to see the pictures without the watermarks, do proceed to my Flickr.

Theme: Highlands Vacation
Tuesday, January 15, 2008
It's been a while since we really had a family vacation. With daily routines, we just can't find a perfect window for that much awaited escapism. And last Saturday, we finally manage to pack up our things and just drove to Genting Highlands for our short vacation.
Now, where should we go next? I have this dire need to photography the beach, with waves hitting the rocks under the low lights of dawn and dusk. That will be awesome! Soon, soon!

Theme: Digital Blending
Friday, January 04, 2008
Just wanted to try out digital blending instead of the normal HDR processing in Photomatix. Seems like whenever I did HDR processing on water flows with slow shutter, the results were not satisfactory. So this is digital blending done in Photoshop by blending 3 exposures. Hope you like it as much as I do :-)
To those who would like to try out digital blending, I would recommend http://www.thelightsrightstudio.com/digital-darkroom.htm. They have pretty neat tutorials and action scripts. Off course I would add some of extra processing on my pictures but the blending tutorial is the base on what I've done.
