Moving to a new place

Friday, June 25, 2010

Dear visitors and followers,

I will be moving out from Blogspot to my own domain at http://www.frozenlite.com. At the moment, the site is still under construction and should be operational by August 2010. Until then, I won't be updating this site anymore. If you would like to see my latest photos please proceed to my Flickr site here. All of my images/photos are copyrighted. If you wish to buy yourself a print, kindly proceed here. If you wish to get a softcopy, all of my images are available for purchase via Getty Images. All you need to do is visit my Flickr page and at the photo page, there will be a link to license the image via Getty Images.

UPDATE: My blog is now up and can be accessed at http://diary.frozenlite.com

And last but not least, I will be conducting a workshop (hopefully on a regular basis) on HDR and DRI. Details are still being worked out but if you like to find out more about it, drop me a line vedd -[at]- frozenlite -[dot]- com

Yours truly,
vedd

Shocked is the word for today...

Friday, May 18, 2007

... in a good way I guess :)

I was tied up with work and family lately. So today I just login into my Flickr, and guess what? hehe... Just look at the contents in the image below. What do you think? Let's hope it worked out and all the best to Sarah :)

I don't see myself as a photographer but rather a person who enjoys taking pictures as a form of escapism from the normal daily routines. Having this kind of proposition, well it's really means something for me hehe.. Funny though, I did notice that, well at least I think I am, any hobbies that I indulged myself with turns out into something more than just a mere hobby. Before this, it's computers - heck it is now my career and proud of it. Should I be complaining? HELL NO! hehe

I'm so into HDR hehe

Bored! I need motivation?

Sunday, December 10, 2006

I'm bored at the office and so I decided to play around with FlickR toys. One of it is a motivational poster creator. Yeah.. the ones that hung over the office walls and tell you to be whatever that is motivated :P

Hmmmm... Maybe I'll make prints out of it and hang it inside my room... If I am motivated to do so :P
But I am definately MOTIVATED to get myself a Canon EOS 400D soon... very very the soon!

Of Sight, feelings and expressions...

Thursday, November 16, 2006

My friend, Ab4h, wrote something today on his blog, which I find it very interesting and honest. Used to be energetic before, trying to catch up with technology and information security. But now, I just want to relax and enjoy my life. I also made some sort of a promise to myself not to work in a vendor environment. Thus, I am where I am now - end user. Not as hectic as before, more time for me and my new hobby... But what I really want is that, me, being able to have as much time for my family, myself and my new hobby.

As Abah said, photography makes us feel great and the ability to express ourselves better - I agree. Totally. It gets me up and explore the surroundings. Something that I was oblivious to before. It makes me more appreciative towards anything and everything around me. (Please do not mistake this as Jiwang!)

What do you see?
What do you see in this? Just another bug?

More than bugsStill some bugs to you? I see beauty in nature :)

But for now, I need to work and I'm not complaining about it since the new benefits are really welcoming :)

Maybe someday soon, I'll have what it takes to free myself from the word "work".

Advert:
Hey Scott, thanks for putting my blog's link in yours :)
